What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Don’t wanna get to far away from food in this thread... but u still only use test.. or have u snuck some tren,mast,or eq on this cut?

Im still just on TRT test doses (100-125mg/wk) I really havent cycled in months . Ive got a colonoscopy (ouch) coming up in a month so right after that Im gonna do a good long cycle . I should be quite lean by then and ready for it . It might be time for the GH too , so that might be thrown in . 750 test and 500-600 deca (the EQ jacks up my red cells too much lately)
 
Heres the part guys dont like to hear....as I lose weight Im losing strength . I couldnt even bench 10 reps w/ 225 today (almost got pinned because I wasnt expecting that :eek: )

Yep, it took a solid few months to start moving the needle back the other way again.

Even then, if I could get massive boosts off stupid shit. Like a poptart or peanutbutter. Not an optimal diet for performance / recovery.

I know and I expected the strength loss , but it just seems sooner this time . Dont say POPTART !! lol :rolleyes:

I been on a low trt dose ( 125mg ) every 10-12 days for bout 7-8 months now. I think its a good idea to let your body come back to normal for a while. Got bloodwork and EKG to make sure all is good after 20+ years of this lifestyle. Everything came back GTG.
When the doc said everything looks great, all i heard was
" your ready to jump back on cycle " [emoji12]
