Ok, the best way for me to explain is this.
I did the exercise when I was driving and would rest my right arm on the arm rest so it would be horizontal.
Now you will need a 2 to 3 lb sledge hammer with a short handle( approx 8 inch handle).
Grip the hammer at the very end of the handle with your right hand while your arm is braced and horizontal on the arm rest and rotate the hammer left to right ( 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock).
Do this several times a day for about 5 minutes each time.
My example was in my car because I drive about 80 miles one way to work.
You can do this at your desk, front end loader or prison cell bunk.
All I can say is it works, and for anyone that has truly had tennis elbow you can thank me later.
