What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

So Friday is my weigh-in day .
3 weeks ago I when I started Keto I weighed 178lbs @5'5".
Today Im 167lbs , so 11 lbs in 3 weeks . I also feel that the olive oil is my energy fuel , if I get tired or need more energy a capful or two wakes me right back up .

This is my 3rd time Ketoing and feel its also my most successful . :cool:

I take some coconut oil along with my pre workout stack and it's go time. Fats can do some amazing things.
 
Im ready for this ...(Local) Shrimp salad w/ blueberries/olives/cherry peppers. The dressing is olive oil w/ Braggs apple cider vinegar .

The blueberries are the sweetest thing Ive had in 3 weeks , only half cup . Im still way under 40 carbs/day . Leg day went better than last one .

I am running neck and neck with you on the carb count ogh....
It is not that difficult if you plan out your meals.

I could be bribed with a nice cheese pie for fat boy Friday

Im too scared to cheat , Ive came too far already . I took too many Carb-ups last Keto . Not this time .

My birthday is Sunday , reservations have been made at the best steakhouse in town . Planned meal is appetizer : Oysters on the half shell , main meal is 20oz Ribeye and salad/veggies. No potatoes , no bread . Pics are coming...:)
