What’s up boys?! Been a while since I’ve posted here. Hope all is well. Here’s meal 3 today at work 4oz ground beef, 4 oz. chicken, 1/2 avocado, a few spears of asparagus. Repeat of this meal in few hours. Oh yeah can’t forget the tapatio!!!!IMG_1351.jpg
 
Real happy with the latest blood report . Creatinine and Bun all within range (Kidney function)(First time in years) 005.jpg . Liver function (AST/ALT) the same as 21 yr old according to Doc . Not bad for a recovering alcoholic w/ 12 yrs sobriety . Where theres life theres hope , never give-up , never surrender !

Looks good @DOMS4DAYS , avocado's have some of the best fats of all veggies . As good as olive oil and flaxseed oil .
 
Getting a lil tired of eggs (again) so beanless Keto chili for lunch .

I only used 3 ingredients 1lb HB / 1 tube Chorizo / 1 sm can tomato sauce . Salt & pepper and I added a smidge more of Cumin too but the Chorizo already has the Mex seasoning in it . Simple .

Im Ketoing right now so all wheat is out . Glad you figured a way around using meat , red bulger wheat is popular as a meat substitute and has a meaty texture.
