What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

That’s right, one of my meals on training days is 3 cups chocolate Chex, 2 cups whites. Ive kept that meal in the whole time and fat is consistent coming off. Some would say that’s not dieting food, I say otherwise.
Meals around training can be fun. I’ve got a guy and his wife eating cereal post workout before bed. They’re down 16lbs combined this week.
