^ Nice, how do you like your air fryer? Tried any meats with it? I'm curious if it really gets the "fried" texture as I've not been able to try one.
I like it. It's not the same as real fried food, but it's a nice alternative.
I've done strip steaks, filets and tenderloin in it. It's a little more difficult to tell how long a piece of meat needs to be in it... A grill, oven or skillet is more intuitive for me.
Over the winter I was eating a lot of beef tenderloin and the air fryer was really nice. Mine is a combo, so I can broil, roast, pressure cook, etc etc. I would put four tenderloins in the cooker after the gym and go get a shower and everything... By the time I got out I had dinner and lunch for the next day for her and I both. It's really awesome for rice also. It's more of a convenience thing during the week... I wish it held more food.
