^ Nice, how do you like your air fryer? Tried any meats with it? I'm curious if it really gets the "fried" texture as I've not been able to try one.

I like it. It's not the same as real fried food, but it's a nice alternative.
I've done strip steaks, filets and tenderloin in it. It's a little more difficult to tell how long a piece of meat needs to be in it... A grill, oven or skillet is more intuitive for me.
Over the winter I was eating a lot of beef tenderloin and the air fryer was really nice. Mine is a combo, so I can broil, roast, pressure cook, etc etc. I would put four tenderloins in the cooker after the gym and go get a shower and everything... By the time I got out I had dinner and lunch for the next day for her and I both. It's really awesome for rice also. It's more of a convenience thing during the week... I wish it held more food.

Just in time for memorial day! If any of you don't like oysters, you would be well advised to put me on ignore... Although, if you like ice cream, everything will balance out in your favor.
@Eman --I"ll join you eating oysters....we got some of the worlds best oysters right down the road. Time to pick-up a few pints of the petites and smalls...

Grapefruit or some thing...i cant pin it down. But it IS AWESOME...and hard to find
Some hops have a grapefruit taste... I had a beer a few weeks ago that was called 4/20 or something. Reeked of weed from the variety of hops they used... It was honestly great, the waiter was a pothead and wouldn't hesitate to get me another because he liked the smell of it.
This was all during an axe throwing event we were doing. Nothing says America quite like weed smelling beer, cheese fries and throwing axes.
