Yeah way too short. I worked OT Friday and double time today. Went kayaking yesterday and that was about it. Hopefully I'm getting back on weekend shift so I'll be back to 3 on 4 off.

Thanks brother! Just tryin to get big like you. Lol. I only prep for 4 days for a pre lunch and lunch. Then I eat what my woman cooks for dinner and something small again. With this injury I'm finding out my maintenance is WAY higher than I thought.

No thats from earlier this morning....my shake was Dole crushed pineapple/Half & Half/ Ice/ON Vanilla Ice Cream whey protein .
