What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Every time we would bring our kid to a party or any gathering we would send him with a tray of the chicken bites and that golden sauce. Honestly some of the best fried chicken I've ever had.
It’s a sub with those golden boneless wings, French fries, cheese sticks, and all the sub fixings in a huge sub roll. It’s amazing. May only be on the in-store menu though.

I've had it, awesome sub. That's a hidden gem in town. Lots of people only think uts a convenient store, have zero clue they make food. You know they have a food truck too? Saw it driving down rt3 one day

Head south on 3A about a mile and you'll run into a sweet Irish spot and a decent pub across the street. Pub has killer pizza, favorite being prosciutto formaggio. My mid to late 20s was spent falling out of that pub at 130am

Yup I know the spot.

Currently working a 2week on 1 off.
So before I leave home Ill prep a few meals.
I used to do 15-16 meals and have 3 different kinds and I knew what my macros were per dish. I dont have as much freezer space, so I only make half now.

Generally Ill prep stir fry with coconut rice. Add some of the basics like carrots and celery, mix it up with baby corn, peppers, water chestnuts, and sesame seeds.

Ill be looking for a different meal as this is going on shift 6.
