What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Currently working a 2week on 1 off.
So before I leave home Ill prep a few meals.
I used to do 15-16 meals and have 3 different kinds and I knew what my macros were per dish. I dont have as much freezer space, so I only make half now.

Generally Ill prep stir fry with coconut rice. Add some of the basics like carrots and celery, mix it up with baby corn, peppers, water chestnuts, and sesame seeds.

Ill be looking for a different meal as this is going on shift 6.
 
I did the av at RMA like 12 years ago when they opened. Shithead sales guy. I used to go to the other gym near the old airport (golf course now) used to be a worlds back in the day. My girl worked for paul at profit. Fucking human meatball lol. He bought that bar on the turnpike by the lake, turned it around. Now all he does is chill with young kids and drink lol
