What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Im doing Keto days now , 2 or 3 a week and bulking/high carbs the rest . "2 weeks in" of 800mg/wk test-cyp and Im feeling it/seeing it ?? (first cycle in almost 9 months) feels good ! :D

I like that approach, i do something similar but with no set days. I was low carb for a while but on my first cycle since having my rotator repaired so ive upped carbs to put on some size.

Focusing on the next big phase of life right now. This is really big and needs focus

You still doing trt or did you go cold turkey?
And a big congrats on moving into the next big phase. Thats much more important than putting on muscle, you have plenty of time for that , but big opportunities come along rarely if at all.

Thats bodybuilding in essence but many miss that important lesson.
Ive always used it as a tool to sharpen my focus and self discipline which translates real well to life. Its a way to better yourself. Sooooo much more than building muscle. We kill ourselves everyday to make the end result just a lil bit better. Most ppl dont want any part of ppl like that.
