I haven't posted here in a long time! My pictures would never upload, it said they were too big and I got tired of cropping them down so small. I got a new phone though so maybe that will help.
I had the same problem for a while, then it kinda fixed itself.
 
What is flank steak? I see a lot of recipes call for it but I've never seen it in stores. Is there another name for it in the south?
Believe its what we use fajita meat for...flank steak. 2 different names, same cut

Skirt steak is very similar or the same as flank steak in some regions.
They are tougher/stringier cuts of beef and require long marinades (2-3 days) for maximum tenderness . You can also pound the meat :p
 
2 whole eggs, 3/4 cup egg whites, 4.5 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken thighs, 1/2 cup Fiber One.

Not pretty but gets the job done!

There are no ugly meals in this game ;). Some of the most boring meals here are probably the most beneficial to us....Thats why I try not to judge meals , although the $pendy meals do seem to garnish extra praise .

Lunch for me was my Asian to go favorite : Egg Foo Young w/ House Fried Rice. :)
