Great morning , woke up at 5 and was loading the outside squat rack by 5:45 am . I can still do a 6x6 with 350lbs ATG so no complaints . Did a couple reps over 400lbs but I dont do that much anymore....not worth it to get injured .

Actually Ive been working hard to get back to 350lbs , 4 months ago I could barely get a few reps with 315 . Thats what happens when you all but quit working the lower body . Feels good to be strong in the legs again , no more "shakey-knee squats" !! ;)

I hear ya, legs are critical not just for legs but overall core and body. Everything gets stronger. If you want a real strength and breaker of a routine check out the "squat everyday" routine from Cory Gregory. It's a 30 day run but you absolutely will destroy your PR's on it and will push yourself to beyond your limits or as as I like to call it "responsible overtraining" to an extent but for just a month it's worth the rewards. Then take a good week off from legs. I have never been stronger overall than from that run but it's brutal to keep up. I ran it for two different months last year.
