My meals usually pale in comparison with you guys....I splurge sometimes but Im also fortunate that Im in a land of plenty here near the ocean . I slip up alot in my diet , thats why Ive never made it to the BB platform , just couldnt buckle down and get lean enough , came close though

We will definitely make again!!! Really good. Ice cream was melting so fast though. Taken out of freezer a little too early. Need a really cold straight out of the freezer ice cream next time. Great summertime cheat!

Great morning , woke up at 5 and was loading the outside squat rack by 5:45 am . I can still do a 6x6 with 350lbs ATG so no complaints . Did a couple reps over 400lbs but I dont do that much anymore....not worth it to get injured .

I drank a chocolate Equate protein drink (Pro-15gms) before I worked out . Probably didnt wait long enough but it was a great workout anyhow , the kind that inspires you to reach higher and go harder....

So the kids down the road caught a bunch of crawfish and gave me some so I mixed the tails and pincher meat in with last nights Turkey/Bacon and rice . I added in some olive oil for good fats...

Blackened red snapper and keto potato salad (boiled radishes in place of potatoes).
My wife's cousin caught the snapper and i made the blacken spice.

Note that I heated my cast iron pan till it was white on my outside grille instead of smoking out my house.
