Happy Cinco De Mayo fellas. I agree with @B Ware wholeheartedly. I miss Mexican food. We ate it often.

My workload just skyrocketed so no more covid vacation time for me but the wife is still looking at plenty of time to do as she pleases. Today she made a very legit, home made masterpiece with her spare time.

All I did was provide the booze :cool:

Yeah man, we've been ramping up for it since Carona hit. It's funny how budgets can shift in corporate environments. 6 months ago selling a teams or zoom conference room wasn't exactly easy. Now there is an endless supply of customers. I'm on the road living out of hotels next week for the state of New Hampshire. Corona 2020 : )

Traeger is back in action!! I took the entire thing apart, cleaned it up, double checked the wiring and put it all back together. She is working so I take that as a win. Will be used for dinner tonight.

Thinking about a seafood boil tomorrow...
