Im right with ya @rubisean , trying to cut carbs but its hard . Most of our food supply is either hi-carbs (real cheap) or overpriced meats (not cheap) . Im still gonna try hard for a low carb summer with lots of bike riding and exploring for recreation . Pics of the ripped (skinny) new OGH is coming in August....

Yes - Paleo diets (and Keto) can be pretty damn boring , but a friend pointed out every meal without carbs helps eat bodyfat .
Makes sense .....

I love it! It’s not gamey tasting at all and it’s very lean. Never met anyone who didn’t like elk
