It was. I softened the Garlic,onions, olive oil,butter,diced asparagus. ribeye then quickly seared rare. Cubed it up and stuffed 3 omelets. This was after the lady of the house just wanted bacon and eggs. I let her try it, and she was amazed. I enjoy everyone's great eats on here.Ive never had Ribeye and Asparagus in a omelet but it sounds great !

No shine in a while, life has been busy af. Personal, career, all of it. Busy busy busy. I have however contacted legal about the state and federal process to legally manufacture spirits for sale in my Commonwealth. I will not be disclosing any other info about it here but I'm hoping within a few years I'm paying federal taxes on liquor manufacturing and sales.
Those pines coming down was sad. 3 in total, and a few trees damaged heavily in the process. We will end up with 5 or 6 dead trees from it. Now the 6 oak we had removed this past weekend is another story.Gotta get me a traeger

Steak, spinach, tillamook Colby jack and low carb keto roll. I don't do keto, but I love keto bread and mission carbsmart tortillas for sandwiches and wraps. Can't wait for the gyms to open so I can start this cycle. First on back is gonna be mild but I think with my diet the way it is results will be great

Fun fact. When the famine crisis in Ethiopia was happening the Klebergs (King Ranch owners) killed literally thousands of them,field dressed,quartered and hung the meat in reefers on the ranch. Then sent the meat to Ethiopia to help out. They are actually an antelope that comes from India.
At the King Ranch those fuckers are always on the run. I’ve hunted them for years and have never seen one not on the run. That’s actually how you spot them. If they’d sit still they’d be harder to find. We chase them down with trucks to wear them down to kill them. I’m told over in India where they originated from they just walk around like cattle.
Here’s a truck we chase them down with and shoot from. Such a good time. There will be 4 -5 of us up top just drinking beer and someone will yell “Nilgai two o’clock” and beer gets tossed and rifles come up.
