Not. Lean for 250 tho. Guess it depends on definition of lean lol. Havent been active in weight training for 22 months. You lose alot of course as would anyone. But i still kept alot of the basic fast twitch fibers responsible for speed and strength it seems. One huge benefit of training for strength. Many of the adaptations are permanent and easy recalled upon being active. Where is pump training is as temporary as it gets.

Any way, im pushing 750 mg test cyp once a week. Been on a cpl wks. Obviously my 1st cycle in the same 22 month period. Lets get our goals man:p
 
Project no neck is in full effect. Lots of upper back strength exercises. It cannot be hid by any article of clothing. A beacon of no nonsense training. Its a proclamation to the world that strength is above all else. Lets get barbaric

Went out to the beach with the wife and our niece after work yesterday afternoon. Ended up getting an ahi salad. No pics of the overpriced food. It was good but not worth the money.
It rarely is. Ahi is so hot or miss I barely ever get it anymore. I've been eating the shit out of the frozen salmon from Costco. Beat frozen fish I've had. Just grabbed a pack of mahi mahi will report back when I try it.IMG_20200618_173118.jpg
