What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Sundays are my only day off so I had some time to prep for the week.
Took two large casserole dishes lined the bottom with brown rice, added 2lbs pan seared creole tilapia, and then topped it with a simple sauce made from greek nonfat yogurt, sweet potatoes, gala apples, and canned sweet corn.
Should be enough for a day or two and the Tilapia was like $5/lb.

Very creative Tango - I like those all-in-one meals , keeps things simple . Guess I need to load up on Tilapia and give it a try.......;)



PS - Smiles has us all beat in the simple food department ......Ground beef , noodles w/ NO sauce ! :D

Thanks for the wake-up call Volt , lol . No I've been helping move some folks so food on the road . Burger-King Double-Whopper/fries/water yesterday and Dennys Big Breakfast today . Thats enough of that.....

For lunch back home its ham&peanut-butter on Killer Daves bread , coffee . ~Ogh
 
Meal 6 - 10 oz. Chicken Breast, 10oz. Steamed Cauliflower. Started putting sesame oil on the chicken and adding natural peanut butter twice a day. I was really starting to drag during the day with so little carbohydrates.

Getting ready for meal 6, last meal of off day. 10 oz tilapia, 8 oz red potato, 2 cup broccoli.

Im currently cutting on a no fat (except red meats,fish), high protein, high/moderate carb diet. First time with this approach and I love it so far except I always have a slight feel of hunger even right after a meal. Nothing I can't deal with but no fat in the diet gives me a ravenous appetite at all times.

2) 12 oz chicken patties (99% lean) w/ one cup of white rice
3) Protein Float
4) 12 oz Chicken breast w one cup of white rice
5) Protein Float

A few cups of coffee and espresso in between meals to keep myself rocking. 1.5 gallons of water throughout the day and seltzer as well.

OGH, I'm on a cut, doing an hour of cardio (1st thing in the AM on empty stomach) a day on top of training 5x a week. I'm eating clean as hell, and I gained weight!!! LOL! Definitely putting on some serious tissue. And this was after I removed steak from the diet. Went from 218-220 to 227-229lbs. Thinking of lowering my doses or going to all fish..... Probably go to all fish, LOL!

You might have ate too much skirtsteak Kev , lol . Beef , even lean beef has alot of calories compaired to chicken or fish . But it sure tastes good.....I like. :D

all that talk of the salmon run makes me want to run to AK! I'd be talkin' like Bubba from Forrest Gump, "baked salmon, smoked salmon, salmon jerky..."
I'm looking to starting reeling my diet in and prepare for a cut June-July:

6:30am: Whey Iso + almond milk+ tbsp. p/nut butter
8am: Egg whites
10am: 6oz steak leftover
12am: whey iso + water
2pm: 1lb lean ground turkey + green beans
5pm: 1lb chx breast + asparagus

Fresh salmon for me almost year round (just ran out from last fall) and venison and elk steak as well!! Gotta love Oregon!

Yesterday was another (last) moving day , got them all moved in ....eating has been sporadic at best . Lots of ham sandwiches & Powerades..... Enough.

This morning I'm back on track , 4 boiled eggs & 1 cup honeydew melon plus coffee . Getting ready for some heavy-duty cutting in the next few weeks , looking at all you guy's diets & trying to get ideas ......;)
