What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Haven't been on here in a good while, so I thought why not chime in and contribute to a good thread.
Here's a smoothie I consume almost everyday;
3 Raw Eggs
2tbsp Chia Seeds
2tbsp Peanut Butter Powder
2cups Frozen Blueberries
3cups Frozen Brussel Sprouts (broccoli is much better for this)
1cup Frozen Kale
400ml Milk & Coconut Water
1tbsp Cinnamon & Stevia

Looks like cement but tastes great, like a Mcds thickshake! Not sure how much protein but I know it's alot and roughly 1000 calories.
