So this was something super fast and easy. Now that I have 2 kids since joining meso I'm about that life lmao.

Just a whole thing of Hawaiian sweet rolls cut in half. A rotisserie chicken hot and ready to go. Just pull the meat off and shred it. Top with marinara, fresh mozzarella, basil. Top of buns coated with butter, parsley, garlic, and parmesan cheese. 20 mins in oven and boom. Chicken Parm sliders. Fresh broccoli tossed in olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Out the oven and tossed in pepper and parmesan cheese.
