What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Had a ~60gram protein shake with a scoop of pbfit and healthy pile of chia seeds after gym.

About 3 hours later I was starving for some real food and quickly made this. 6 eggs(4white), spinach, ribeye.

I pretty much eat a combination of eggs, spinach, and fish everyday. Unsalted mixed nuts and okios yogurt. Steelhead and usa tilapia from Costco. Ribeyes though, they fill a primal roll.

I used to eat a lot of chicken but it takes way longer to cook than fish and more effort to eat. The fish breaks up into the egg spinach bs and I scarf it down quickly.

Here is one of many favorites of mine: a spinach tortilla wrap stuffed with muenster cheese, sauteéd white onions, rice (any but here it's roasted chicken rice), tomato, banana peppers, fresh spinach (can't get enough), sandwich pepperoni, black forest ham and Italian dressing. Topped with aged Gouda cheese with more rice on the side. This is pre-heated. Ended up making another to appease my appetite.

Went to gym on an empty stomach like usual

Had a ~60 gram protein shake + pbfit and Chia seeds after.

Still felt malnourished soo I fried up some tilapia(origin:USA don't worry) with 25 carbs worth of wontons, few tomatoes, spinach and 4 whole eggs. Now I feel soo much better!

I'm trying to slow my weight loss so I decided to fry some shit. Fingers crossed

Well Hell!! Got the basic’s here boy’s, Won a Chilli cook off this last weekend with my recipe and here’s the smoked tri tip I chopped into squares and thru in. Good to see the best meso threads still going strong!!
