What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Should have took a pic of my burger but I was too anxious. BBQ bacon burger. Thanks for the suggestion OGH. I passed on the sweets, felt too guilty. I'm still too early into my cut.

I ended up going to my neighbors BBQ and bonfire - so scarfed my own cheeseburger & Lays chips . I drank a Coke ! First one in probably a year -watched everyone get drunk & stupid and came home feeling great ......sobriety has its benefits .

This morning its back to cottage cheese & banana & coffee - doing a 2 mile run this morning then Im going to torment my hungover neighbors with loud noises [:o)]

Haha, nice OGH! Time to mow the lawn, weedeat, maybe get out the miter saw! I respect your strong will brother.

Got up this morning, did my cardio and I am back to my meal plan for the week. I am going to pull carbs out of my last meal now.
 
You Guys don't even want to know. I will keep most of it to myself because I honor you guys who know longer drink. The last 24 hours I will pay dearly for things like French silk pie, ice cream, double cheeseburgers, oh even a coke and cherry slurpee complete fucking blow out guys. Damn......that is how to kill some awesome progress I have made the last several weeks.
 
Sounds like everyone had a good weekend. I splurged a little as well and grilled some fatty ribeyes on my Memorial Sunday, old traditions die hard :drooling: I salute any of our members that are currently active duty or got their boots dirty in the past. Back to the grind today, 30 mins fasted cardio this am. Steamed some jumbo shrimp and broccoli w/ brown rice and portioned it out for my meals today alternating with whey iso + water shakes.

No reason to feel guilty about drinking Volt , unless you feel you should . I was not a normal drinker , I continued to drink long after normal people had stopped for the night . Thats what made me an alcoholic and made my life unmanageable.....

No it's just out of respect I know guys that can hang out and party without partying lol! I know some guys that at the mention of it they start to shake. I never want to give any reason for another man to stumble. So I don't feel guilty I just don't need to give details about how good my home brew is[:o)][:o)][:o)]

Homebrew ? Lager or Ale ? Stout ? :rolleyes: [:o)]

Well the Mrs and I have been making a huge homemade beef stew today , enough to freeze a bunch . So its beef stew tonight , with lots of beef & some veggies , (low carb) no potatoes and just celery,onion,carrots,brussel sprouts - :D

I can brew it up with the best of the home brewers too. Brew a great IPA although haven't broke out the kettle in a couple years.

Sounds good OGH. On the elliptical now anticipating my last meal of the day. Stand by Tilapia and broccoli. No carbs for me last meal of night any longer:(

What's the best way to cook up shrimp without adding any extra calories? All this shrimp talk I'm gonna pick some up and throw it in my diet.
