What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

What's the best way to cook up shrimp without adding any extra calories? All this shrimp talk I'm gonna pick some up and throw it in my diet.

Kev got me on the shrimp kick for my cut he may have some insight. I'm still pretty early in so steaming them and a salt free seasoning is just fine for me. A month from now I may be getting more adventurous. 40 min light trail jog this am. Egg white/smoked salmon/onion omelet, whey iso shake, Tilapia/kale/brown rice rest of the day + shakes.

3 boiled eggs & 3oz ham & 1/2 banana plus water/coffee my mateys ......:D

Shrimp vs. Elk backstrap ? I love shrimp but go for the backstrap !!

Oh I am right there with you on that one brother. I usually eat elk or beef or fish at night. I was thinking of adding some shrimp into my #2-5 meals. It's always just been chicken breast, need to add some variety every now and then and all the shrimp talk got me interested.

Alright thanks. The only thing I was looking at is I would have to eat 8 oz. of shrimp to meet my current 8 oz. chicken protein quota. That's a hell of a lot of shrimp isn't it?

I'm in the mountains for the next 8 months so it's definitely not the most readily available protein but from what I'm learning it's much more cost effective to buy fresh in bulk raw w/ head on and clean them myself. Anything partially broken down already or prepackaged gets pricey quick. If I was in your neck of the woods I'd prob be eatin' a lot more Muley!

Well it looks like the neighbors are drinking & BBQ"ing again so I'll have to go help myself to their BBQ after they get toasted , they always make too much and I always scavenge it , Im like a meat vulture that cleans up after their messy asses , lol. Should be an interesting night.......;)

MEal 6 is coming up. My wife is making the Tilapia we got the other night never had it before. Usually if its fish its Haddock or Sashimi/Sushi. She's got it in the foil with lemmons as suggested.

Business is my pleasure :D I just go where the work is.
I'm back on the Tilapia kick as well with brown rice, kale, asparagus and lemon juice. I'm still sitting at 240 but something is happening, looking leaner everyday.

^^^^Just enough info to make one wonder. Where is there a mountain range that one can buy raw bulk shrimp. I can only think of a large peninsula. Shaking it again today start back on solids this evening. I have just about fully detoxed.
