What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Shrimp is the one food I don't like that I still try about once every few months. Just because I want to like it and who doesn't like shrimp! Kinda pisses me off Lol
 
Brother I've been watching this mfl thing unfold and I feel terrible for you guys that got bumped with the bad gear. Hard to keep your head up with that stuff happening. I'm glad nobody got real screwd up or sick. Just had meal 3, egg white and Greek yogurt. Legs tonight- can't wait! Power on OG I believe mfl will make good!

Zaphod - we gotta fix that shrimp problem you got .....you need some real Oregon spot shrimp or Alaskan pinkies with drawn butter - thats good stuff !

DONT BUY ASIAN or FARM-RAISED SEAFOOD !! If its not wild caught USA seafood dont eat it !! ~Ogh
 
OGH- wild caught only is absolute truth.

I am still eating on left over ribs and a protein shake. I think I will be out of ribs soon but it sure was convenient.
 
Why no farm raised?

The Asians put Fluoroquinolone antibiotics (Cipro) in the water (ponds).

Cipro almost killed me my friends 7 years ago, its a deadly antibiotic that causes tendon & muscle damage besides organ damage (Google : Cipro side effects)

Cipro was developed by the military for Anthrax exposure (remember the 9/11 anthrax scares ? ) later Bayer started selling it to farmers for livestock infections but it turned out to be to lethal so it was banned .....but not in Asia . Its bad medicine and doesnt belong in food . ~Ogh

Ive lost weight since all this started , down 4 lbs to 163.8 lbs . Lots of eggs & cottage cheese & apples plus the Spot shrimp .....Im actually thriving in the midst of the bullshit (call me a mushroom)
 
Haha sounds like I need a reason to head to the northwest. Now I have 2 workout in that outside gym of yours and some grass fed angus.,... Fire up the grill on my way.
 
Funny you mention beef. I have a small herd of Hereford's, I was looking over a couple of the steers and I think one of them for sure is going to be in the freezer this fall. Maybe sooner if you guys keep talking all this BBQ.

Dinner was the same ol' tilapia and cauliflower, put the soy sauce to it tonight - all out of salsa. Shake in 5min then its time to hit the sack!
 
Nice to see you in good spirits OGH. Keep goin strong on that cut man! 45 mins fasted cardio this am. Egg white and chx omelet, made a bunch of tuna lettuce wraps last night and rolled them in wax paper bc I had to travel light this am, no room for all the chinese take-out plastic containers I usually recycle to portion my meals in. Saws some boys I grew up with last night, these are the good days :cool:
