What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Cook the eggs before the burger sir. Or use seperate pans. A tip for perfect "fried eggs" (I call the sunny side up) is to cook them in a pan with a covered lid. No need to flip. Just cook them on low heat until the yolk starts to get a the white film over it from the heat.
This but before you put the lid on, put a teaspoon of water. It turns to steam instantly and cooks the top of the egg perfectly. [emoji4]

Thank you big guys! Come may gotta get my 180lb ass to 200! Not a bad start being I was 160 unhealthy when I joined meso!

@Oregongearhead we gotta do a meso cook book! I know we been talking about it but we should. Be so easy and I'd take the lead if people wanted to join!

OGH should like this one.... This on my top 3 favorite meals, ever... Maybe my death row meal...

Pork chile Colorado....

Basically steam dried chiles of your choice (I did guajillos, anchos and pasillas)

Brown your pork, add chicken stock, Mexican oregano, garlic, salt, fresh sage, blah blah blah. Simmer for an hour or so. Take your rehydrated peppers, blend them up and add to the meat. Cook another hour, and bam!

Went to the local Mexican market for tortillas that were made today (shhhhh WP needed some carbs ;) )

Another secret, crack them into cookie cutters :)

Helps keep the shape, allows the white to cook and keeps the yolk nice and fudgy
