1. Easy to make.
2. Easy to clean up.
3. Taste excellent. Beef and beans.
4. Protein, carbs (fiber [emoji87]), fats.

I've never heard of doing that....maybe I'll try it.
Me neither, I seen another brother on another forum post about it.
He said use about 1/2lb chicken liver chopped up real fine or pass it through the food processor.

It sounded awesome to me, so next batch I will post up, and the added protein,vitamins and iron are a plus too.

It was always my go to food too when I drank too much . Many a New Years Day found me at a Chinese restaurant nursing one with house fried rice and orange juice.And lots of ice water !
