A little 5 egg omelette for breakfast this morning compliments to the in-laws chickens. A dash of shredded cheese, couple pinches of real bacon bits, & a splash of whole milk…aaaannnd Wa-La!

Haha still looks tasty. And I never thought my wife's Leppard plate would be such a hit :D:D
 
Post workout snack... Shake - 2tbs peanut butter, one heaping scoop gold standard whey, 8 ounces milk. 4 whole eggs with salsa fresco and one banana. == 65G Protien. Not bad for a quick snack. Took me 3 minutes to consume. Veiny and swole as he'll at the gym today. Could NOT get my arms in the sleeves of my sweater when leaving. NPP is kicking in! Happy eating!0323161004_HDR.jpg
