Lean veal, minced onion, asparagus, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper with a cream cheese based alfredo. Spinach garnish, I feel like randy in that south park episode creme Frey or w/e.

Woke up starving in the small hours.
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup brown rice
2Tbsp natural pb
1 scoop whey.
Back to bed.
 
Today's preworkout. Bananas are pretty routine for me but protein source changes, these drinks were just on sale at Sam's and 30g protein ain't too shabby.
