What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

So fat boy friday is finally here.
Pre WO breakfast, 5 scrambled eggs topped off with cheddar cheese, bagel with cream cheese and a papaya from the yard filled with cottage cheese. Guess im on a cheese kick today [emoji4]

Here you go pics it happened lol. Was all ready packed though. I will try an get some better love shots of the finished products from now on. Camera is all fucked up on this phone which is one of the reason I haven't posted any yet :(

The original plan was to marinate bunch of chicken breast and throw them on the grill for dinner for the rest of the weekend, until I got a surprise visit from our neighbor. Hes a seafood distributor who gets his stuff fresh of the docks. lucky for me he likes to share when he gets the really good stuff. looks like grilled swordfish tonight, seared tuna tomorrow and I'll just have chicken for lunch for the next few days.

Since there is always that one person lurking to criticize I will clarify those numbers lol. The protein and carbs is not based off of only those meals. Breakfast was porkchop biscuit an egg, and two hours later it was a cup of egg whites and oatmeal plus I routinely snack on a can of tuna or two throughout the day along lots of almonds.
