Email Millard about your anabolic lab support banner. Sig is in member info edit section.
Click your handle at top and this pulls down. Its on the menu bar on the left. Click it and it will let you edit it.

I tried to put a really bad ass signature on here a while back. It's basically this little dude holding a sign and in the sign it says " I'm watching you" and shows the IP address of you ever is looking at my post. Ha Millard apparently disabled that kind of signature.
Skirt steak for lunch! Man, I haven't had skirt steak in some time and forgot how tasty that meat is!

Oh man I just got some after a long hiatus and now I just want to go home and make it...looks so juicy
It was great! I cranked my grill up to as high as she would go (I think it was just sub 500f) and did 1.5min per side, let it rest for 4 minutes then sliced her up! Yumm!
I feel like I only post the pretty or unusual foods I eat, here's what a glimpse into the norm is... Plain old grilled chicken and yellow rice... I hate it, but it works.
