I'm running this thread all by myself today I see...
Slow cooked spicy Mexican chicken with more salsa.

No fancy plating needed. Just some good 'ol flank steak w/ chile garlic rice. Made two so I had my meal prep done for today. The irregularity of the thickness in these flanks pissed me off a bit, but what can you do?

Haha its actually not as much as it looks like. But i eat eggs like three or more times a day, and i only add cheese one of those times to get some fats in cuz it makes my body feel better while im low carbin it.
I was just messing with you anyway. If your diet allows it, eat whatever tastes good!

Looks like you got a pretty even cook on them regardless of the varying thickness. Looks good to me
The infrared grill helps I think. That fucker gets so hot, and it permeates the meat very efficiently.
