I got 20mg caps too. I was taking 60mgs ED as a pre work out. Everyone is different. Some split them up and take them 3 times a day. I like to take them about 1-1.5 hr after I eat and about 45 mins before the gym.

40mg should be fine. Thats what I started with. Then I increased

It makes more sense to me to take It with food. Cuz the anabolic properties would go nice with protein

I was always told to take them shortly after you eat. If your not headed to the gym when you take them, make sure that your only taking 20mg at a time. I become a beast when I take 40-60mg at a time. Blood pressure goes up and you will start sweating. On my off days I would take 20mgs right after breakfast and another 20mg right after lunch. Thats all I took on off days. Here lately though I've only been taking off on sunday

Awesome work man!

Archery hunting is on my list to tackle in huge next year or two. It's a four week season in my neck of the woods. I can sleep at my house, and be at the trailheads in under 30 minutes. I would probably hunt at least 20 of those days....I get super obsessed about hunting!

My wife hunts muzzle loader, so we're out there in the middle of archery season chasing the big fellas around. Nothing like hunting the rut for sure!
 
@gr8whitetrukker you can break apart your caps and suspend them in oil to be measured out acurrately with an oral syringe if you want....for example...

Break down 10 20mg caps in a baby food jar...fill with 10mL canola oil...shake the piss out of it everytime you go to draw for your dosing...this gives you 20mg/mL oral suspension of whatever compound it is you're using
