What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Im sure this thread has swayed many a person from eating something boring ....
I know it made me buy Ben&Jerrys ice cream yesterday !!

LOL.... Yes it has... I have been hitting restaurants more often after reading this thread. I am slightly disabled in the cooking dept.
Maybe I will have some Ice Cream for dessert...

I made a delicious Chocolate protein cheesecake thought I'd share the recipe I used.

Ingredients:
8 oz. greek yoghurt
6 oz. cream cheese (95% FF Philly, use full fat or fat free to fit macros)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 whole eggs (I used large Omega eggs)
1/4 cup sweetener (Splenda was used here)
1 tsp Vanilla extract to taste
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Optional: pudding mix, semi sweet/dark chocolate chips

Topping:
Walden's Caramel Syrup + pecan halves

Directions:

Use a mixer to soften the cream cheese, mix in the greek yoghurt followed by the dry ingredients.

Add the eggs last and mix in slowly one at a time.

Pour into a cooking spray coated springform pan (this recipe amount works well in a 7" pan) or pyrex dish/cake pan.

Place in oven at 325 for 30 minutes then turn down to 225 for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from oven and let it sit out for 90 minutes.

Transfer to a plate (this is where the springform pan helps a lot) then refrigerate at least 4 hours. Overnight is recommended.

Oh my friend! I've others and they aren't that good. But this one, takes the cake.. Smoked a bit last night and smashed the while bar.. mind was blown when I found there were chunks of bacon in it lol

But none of that for me here in a month when I cycle! Can't come quick enough
