Damn man thats nuts. Im fortunate enough to get about 70% of mine free. I could not do it other wise. Two weeks a month at work where i can order whatever i want on the grocery order, and my family has a few seafood resturaunts so i make my rounds.

Well I'm somewhere in the middle. Eatting 3700-4000 calories, 430- 450gm protien a day. Nice slow lean bulk.

NEWSFLASH : I just went up in "likes" by at least 500 pts since yesterday , and when I went into "Notable Members" , most likes , I noticed others here have went up in points too ....did Millard give us all early Christmas presents or what ?? Seems all WKM"s have went up^ in points ...???

LOVE when I come home from the gym too presents. Got this 3lb bag from true nutrition and this flavor is banana and creme. And its legit, way better then the fudge IMO especially with chocolate milk.!
