Picked up the Traeger smoker I've been dreaming of for some time, and tried their "chicken challenge".... Basically they guarantee it'll be the best/juiciest chicken you've ever had in your life.... They were right. Paired with some grilled corn and skillet green chile corn bread... OOPS!

Made a little tomato and sharp cheddar omelet, and some peanut butter toast. Quite tasty.

And that's Sriracha on the omelet, no ketchup on my eggs lol

Not all meals around the WP house are "exciting"... For lunch it was a low-ish carb chilli/enchilada thing... I just browned up some ground beef, added tomato sauce, chipotle in adobo and some sweet yellow corn. It was surprisingly good.

Didn't have time , I had about 30 minutes to cook and eat it... Sort of improv'd it as I went LOL. Next time! A little bell pepper would've been nice, too. Those Chipotle in adobo sauce are so fucking tasty though.

Breakfast / preworkout meal. Eggs that I cooked on stove and then put in oven on broil for few minutes. I prefer my eggs over medium but flip as I didn't want to take chance breaking yoke so I boiled it. Next time I won't cook as long on stove because yoke wasn't as runny as I like.

Broiling it caused the egg whites to look like moon craters.

4 eggs & a croissant.
