What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Heeling slowly. Just about my whole leg is purple and swollen, but the swelling has gone down. Still can't walk very well. Friday my CPK level was 1070, so it's going down. Hopefully I'll be able to hit some upper body and walk on the treadmill Friday or Saturday.

@Seven Dog -- 8-10oz Cranberry juice w/ 1 tbs Braggs apple cider vinegar once to 3 times daily , it will help your kidneys cleanse and w/ general healing ....Alot of doctors are recommending this combo . You can also put ACV in your sweet tea or green tea . Everyday for good health ;)

Of course lots of water...I would exercise very lightly for several weeks/month or more. Ive took several months off before during injuries and bounced right back . Rest up brother !

Whoa! WTF did I miss dude? How'd you do that?

I was pushing hard to get a million steps in December, while still lifting heavy. I made it, but it cost me two nights in the hospital. I got a cramp in both legs on New Years Eve, which I always do when I sleep. The left leg unlocked in a couple mins, but the right leg lasted hrs. So I tried rolling my quad with a stick and it made it worse. My leg started swelling and I could barely walk. Went to the ER New Years Day. They did a few tests and said I had internal bleeding. Idk how many bags of fluids they ran through me those two nights had to be at least 6 maybe more. I was pissing every hr. They said I have Rhabdomyolysis. I knew something was fucked up bc my strength was going down even after a deload week. I just wanted that million step mark so fucking bad.

Swelling has gone down in my knee and thigh, but my calf and ankle are still swollen and it kills me to walk.

BTW the leader of the step challenge had over 3 million!

For anyone living in or vacationing to the greater Boston area (or Chicago, LA, and NYC has 2 of them)...

There is an amazing place in Copley that you will get lost in for endless amounts of time called 'Eataly'.

It's a wicked fucking big store, more like a complex of sorts. You can shop for food because it's a grocery store. You can stop and relax at one of the many cafes inside the store or you can eat at one of the many restaraunts they have. They offer cooking classes throughout the day, I'm pretty sure they do wine tasting and beer summits and all that, too!

Honestly guys, if you're ever around one of these places you need to stop and enjoy it! Oh, and if the name didn't tip you off it's an Italian type of place
