The one thing I miss is pepperoni pizza NY style thin crust since I’m from the tri-state. I don’t miss red meat or pork but what I would do for a large pepperoni

Chicken breast in the oven sucks

Got a slow cooker? 8 hrs on low. Add the chopped chicken recipe available at your grocer to the chicken in the pot. Great way to do chicken.

Or grill it. Grilled chicken breast is leagues better

Or do chicken thighs. Tastes far better and goes for like .99lb. I put tony chacheres on it. A bit of cayenne and 60 min in the oven at 400°

Promise you chicken thighs wont even make you feel like your on a diet. The way the skin cooks it tastes like fried chicken

Bulk chicken breast can be an issue itself. It's often filled with water that cooks out and the meat goes dry. I look for the natural chicken, particularly tenderloins, they are more expensive but they aren't filled with salt water to inflate the weight.

Chicken thighs are almost impossible to overcook... You'll also probably be more satisfied after eating them. It was a lot easier for me to go lower on carbs when I had chicken thighs due to the fat being so satiating.

Yeah I noticed a whole shitload of water came out of the breasts in the oven. I'm going to grab some things this weekend. How many carbs do you do per meal? I still have a lot to learn diet wise.

Still good work bro!! Some prep is still better than none. But for me personally I always like to grill my meats for that exact reason you are having issues. Flavor is beSt using a grill and when you eat like we do the same blah chicken or lean ground beef that little bit of a difference goes a long way helping you stay on your diet!

I like using the little bamboo sticks with tenderloins, like a teriyaki stick basically.

Breasts can be cut up to fit on them as well, ask the store to slice some up for you. They cook fast and seem to hold moisture from what I can tell.

It depends. If you're trying to cut bodyfat, just focus on getting the right amount of calories and make sure protein is high enough. Once you have that dialed in, then focus on adjusting fats and carbs.

My typical day has moderate carbs for breakfast, low carbs for lunch, high carbs pre-workout and whatever carbs are left for the day are in my dinner after lifting, it's usually a high carb meal too.

A great change up is to smoke your chicken breasts.

Instapot for chicken breasts. It's a pressure cooker and you add a touch of water so it keeps everything moist and all the steam is held inside.
