What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

It's there
Sweet. Must of been delayed or something. These noodles are to die for. So good and so packed with protein. Expensive though. Like $7.50 per box. You guys should put this alongside your chicken and vegetables. With the high protein pasta/noodles out there you’ll smash your macros so much faster

Meals 3&4 for tomorrow. Two big ol pieces of chicken breast, breaded with a low sodium tomato sauce, bell peppers and onions. With some sweat potatoe fries.

Oatmeal protein cookies I made. Didn't have time to figure out the macros but between all of them there's 3eggs, 3 scoops of pea protein (40g), nuts, 1/4 cup of egg whites and 2 cups of oats.

...just tried one and they need to be sweeter. I put vanilla extract and 4 packets of truvia in there and they're still blan. Think I put to many nuts in them. Anyone got a good receipe I can follow?1532222408856.jpeg1532222539057.jpeg

I have a tub of naked pea protein and the other is Harden of Life/ Organic plant based protein.

Back from the great state of Iowa. So, as the nation's leading producer of corn I was very surprised to NOT see corn on ANY menu in ANY restaurant. Kind of like how Massachusetts is the nation's leading producer of liberals but we don't kill and eat them o_O

Another strange thing about food in Iowa would be rice. I felt like a Martian when I asked for a side of rice with my meals. Apparently rice isn't a normal thing for them to eat with a meal.

Just a large departure from the norm lol.

Not pictured would be assorted flavors of funnel cakes, chicken on a stick, BBQ, pulled pork, chicken tenders, French fries and beer. Copiuos amounts of beer. Iowa has a fun thing going on with their alcohol laws. You can buy and carry around as many beers as you want at any time. If you want to buy a 12 pack from concession you can go ahead and get that 12 pack. 2 beer rule in Massachusetts. Unreal shit lol.

Below is some really good onion rings, apricot chicken w mashed and broccoli, "famous beef dinner" which is mashed on sliced bread with beef and gravy all over the top, and some coconut cream pie. Courtosey of the Country Junction Restaurant in Dyersville Iowa.

I'd like to clarify something about this paragraph. This was pertaining to the Jones Fair only. Felt like it needed clarification.

Vega

There’s many. Just go with ones that are non GMO/Organic. Nothing is tougher on digestion than dairy products. Whey and casein are X10 being byproducts of pasteurized milk. Essentially the junk that’s cooked off.

If you can handle whey/casein you’ll be thanking god you found plant based protein.
