Sure thing. It’s called LoseIt. Free. Let’s you scan food for accurate macros. Giant database of existing foods and supps. It’s weight loss oriented so the fucking thing always says I’m fat but it’s great. I only track when I want to make a change. Otherwise I’m 100% on the same diet excluding cheats.
When/why/how do you implement cheats?
From what I can tell, there is supposed to be a more optimal way to do it. And it’s different based on goal.
For instance:
Cutting. Only use cheats when you’re flat to help keep metabolism higher. use post-workout only.
Bulking. Use cheats on “weak” bodypart days. Some use pre-wo for better work output, some use post for recovery.
Since I don’t get on stage, I basically have moved my cheats to date nights with the wife and lunch on weekends with my son. Occasionally at work just to build relationship with coworkers. But just interested if my thinking is correct for optimal timing and technique.
