Never really track calories too much. I used my fitness pal, but would eat dinner out every day so that would be pretty inaccurate. Since then I've started prepping all my meals, I only eat out rarely with the kids on the weekends now. I feel like now that my diet is better dialed in I should see better progress at the gym.Really? that is surprising to hear. Did you previously follow any sort of macros/diet at all or just eat intuitively and hit the iron?
