Gym was too packed, so taking a week off due to resolutioners.

My new gym for the week:

Moved the air bike in front of the TV now scrambled eggs, then biking so while gaming. Haven’t played in years this’ll be tight!

That’s actually not safe, stay hydrated as to much of any nuts acts like cement in a way it can cause fecal impaction/obstruction so keep on eye on your poop

Good news everyone: no cement in the poop this morning. All systems normal.

One of the best elements of my diet is fiber intake and timing. My dumps happen at the exact same time every morning with nearly identical consistencies.

Every night before bed I have a scoop of Thorne Fibermend and a scoop of psyllium husk with a tbsp of chia seeds and a tbsp of flax seed. I mix all of that with some greek yogurt, blueberries and kefir. It's basically a guaranteed AM poop-maker no matter what I eat during the day.
