Who caresNothing.... I haven't done flat bench barbell in 15 years. I think it's the most overrated movement ever. Many more optimal ways of working the chest.

Who cares
You do [emoji12]
I'm still natty planning on going half natty.
190lb 225lb 3x3 bench no spotter, I go alone.
Wouldn't risk maxed.
24 Yo.
I can get the 120s for 8 on Incline and barbell I can do 225x5365 for flat, 315 for incline. 35, 227lbs. What's weird though is I can rep 295 for 8 - 10 flat and 125s for 10 on incline. I would think my 1rm would be greater, but I haven't been training for strength.
My ultimate goal is to rep those damned 125s for 8 on shoulder press. I can currently hit 110s for 6 but my blast is almost over...
Are you running an AI like with this? I never really got a whole lot out of more than a gram or so of test, except for more sides... I also am not a huge fan of AIs in general. With that, I know plenty of people respond differently... Is there a reason you're running your nandrolone so much lower than your test? This is a strange ratio to me altogether, I'd love to learn your thought process on it.I haven't maxed yet. I have powerlifting meet in September.
Weight 212:
Bench Paused like in competition: 375 1x3
Calories 5000-6000
Cycle:
Test E 2grams Weeks Entire cycle
Deca 600 Weeks 1-15/now running it at 300mgs
EQ 900 Dropped EQ at week 16
Tren E 1gram Dropped at week 15 Will use tren ace to finish the last 3 weeks leading into the meet. I need to get back up to 220. I will also add drol back in after next week to finish off as well.
From end of June to end Of July had a hard time maintaining diet while my kids were visiting. Back on track now.
Glad to see I'm not the only one... I think incline BB bench is way better than flat.... I do like flat DB's, though... Good stretch and contraction at the top compared to a bar. Now, if I were a PLer, I'd be concerned about flat bench #'s... I'm obviously NOT, so, I just care about growing the muscle. You do [emoji12]
Too much focus on HOW MUCH. If your a PL well then it makes sense cuz thats all they concern themselves with. Totals and max poundages. But the fact of the matter is equal lvl PL vs equal lvl BB, the BB WILL and SHOULD be the larger more muscular specimen. Im not talking bodyweight or bodyfat.
Max weight used has some correlation to muscle size but its a small view of the big picture. I can throw up impressive numbers for reps on say the Incline Barbell press(which is my favorite exercise) but if im working with intention it is a massively different scale of weights used. Think 3 or 5 sec pause reps for reps of 8 or more and u got the idea of how that is going to look than throwing 315 on the incline and doing 14 fast moving reps with ease. The latter being the less useful technique
4 x 8 265 lbs, and I'm 203 lbs at 5'10. I'm running my first cycle right now tho as well
