What you guys putting up on flat bench these days?

365 for flat, 315 for incline. 35, 227lbs. What's weird though is I can rep 295 for 8 - 10 flat and 125s for 10 on incline. I would think my 1rm would be greater, but I haven't been training for strength.

My ultimate goal is to rep those damned 125s for 8 on shoulder press. I can currently hit 110s for 6 but my blast is almost over... :(
 
Dick measuring contest lol, but I'll bite

At 205 I hit 315 x 5 during my last cycle,age 42. Nothing at all to brag about imho. But great for me.
Now off cycle, I'm 195 and be damned if I didn't hurt my elbow now with residual tendinitis. So been screwin around with higher reps on 225. Want to hit 365 x 3 during my next bulk and long term shooting for 405 x2 ideally not weighing more than 210 when the dust settles.

Long term (3 yrs) shooting for 400 bench, 500 squat, 600 dl, or something thereabouts. I've never run dbol, adrol or sdrol or tren. I'm hoping for good things if/when I do

This is a dick measuring contest haha but it's pumping me up to get stuck under some weight.
 
Going to try one armed db presses today so I might see what I can lift without risking injury. Hopefully my left arm will handle it ok since it is 7 months since getting a nasty injury.

I dislocated my left shoulder as a teen. Had to become a form master to lift pain free haha. I'm approaching 31.

Kind of the same here...315 x 10 on flat Bench (prior to my shoulder injury). I figured that would be good for 405 x 1. I was close, but it's doesn't work that way I guess! Lol

I was good for 120lb DB's x 6 on seated shoulder press after all working sets. MF'ers felt like a bus!

Ok got to do seated one armed db presses and was able to go 60lbs each arm. Not bad.
 
Last cycle (which was 22 weeks long 300mg test e and 400mg of tren e) I put up 405 at 230 pounds.

Been off for like 7 months and hit 315 for 5 the other day. 30 pounds down too.

Nice to have kept most of your strength since coming off your epic cycle.

Yeah, a mixture of genetics and hard work.

Honestly the onlu thing I'm glad about is the fact I recovered from such a long cycle. Natty levels are 785 as of a week ago.

Never realized how high my natty test was until I discussed it with my doc and read others results. Think I'll take more advantage of it.

Wow 785. Highest my natty test was ever was I think 300 before I ever cycled lowest 180. My balls never loved me
