I know there is a thread we talked about this before when someone post a pic and they scribble over there face how it can’t be removed ..... who knows about this and how it’s done

Microsoft Paint works for this. Open your pic select black pen and scribble over your face and anything else you want to obscure. Then save it.

Man this shit is all digital. If someone really wanted to remove the scribbles I'm sure they could. That's being extra cautious though.
Just cut someone's face out that you don't like and tape it over yours lol
If you really want it removed scribble the pic and then screenshot it. That way it’s a new photo. Then the scribbles aren’t part of the digital content of the original one

Photoshop can cut the face out, then you save take it to a totally new creation so there’s no layer history.
Most image programs (such as Photoshop) use what's called layers so you can make all the changes you want and easily undo them. If you save the image you can save as one layer so the edits can't be undone.
But yea you can do it the way you mention.

How about just cropping the head out completely?
Or throw a ski mask on. Guaranteed to make you look bigger
