Bro I put the blame on all of this to MTV, media outlets, etc. who portray gangsta type lifestyles as "cool". Everyone is at fault, take friggin Basketball...jesus christ I've never seen something so geared toward inner city youth/black wannabes/troublemakers than hoops.
