What's wrong with my Semaglutide pen?

I bought a Semaglutide pen from a trusted, verified and well tested source here on this forum, so it can't be fake. If something is wrong, it most likely was ruined by the summer heat.

It took 9 days for the pen to arrive, and during that time, the pen was not refrigerated as the instructions say it should be. The instructions say the one should be stored at a temperature below 30 Celsius degree, but now it's summer.

There is a bubble of air inside, as well as solidified active ingredient. The active ingredient became solid. There is a bigger chunk of it floating inside the liquid, and some if the solidified ingredient has stuck to the glass of the cartridge.

Look at the white spots on the glass.

I will upload photos. So, what do you think? Did the medication get destroyed by 9 days exposure to heat?

Have you tried shaking or rolling it around a bit.. See if you can get it dissolved..

Air bubble should be same as insulin pen.. I just twist a couple of Ius and point pen up so when you press air will come out.. Repeat until air bubble is no more
Yes, I have been shaking the cartridge.

Usually, such pens should contain a small iron ball inside the cartridge meant to damage, separate and dissolve any solidification, but it seems my pen doesn't have one. The lack of a ball makes things very hard.

Start pinning on the normal dosing schedule. Report back in a few months.

Otherwise send it for analytical testing.
No need for analytical testing, the source is proven the be legit.

What I'm afraid is that the solidification may be the active ingredient, meaning the injectable dose, the one available in the solution, is less than it should be, because some of it is solidified and not dissolved.

You mean driada? For 120€ you could have ordered at least 30x2 mg vials, but you decided to get a 4 mg UGL pen instead...

I wouldn't trust them any more than chinese sources

The pen is designed in a way to make it possible to replace cartridges. I can buy more cartridges and replace the current cartridge when it's depleted.

Great

Did you try sending the pictures to the actual SOURCE that sent you it instead of telling us we're wrong because they're trusted on here?
Yes, I contacted them after I saw it's difficult for the forum users to assume what caused the problem.

The source told me they will compensate me. The compensation is very good.

You are wrong if you assume the source is a fraud. The source is recognized as legit, is constantly being tested for quality and dosing, all lab tests are positive, and I have done multiple blood tests when I use their products and testosterone/HGH levels are always at the expected dose-dependent levels.

I didn't assume anything. I just didn't understand why you're asking us questions about it rather than emailing the source. A legit source will take care of you every time... which it sounds like they did. Problem solved.

Who are they?

Driada most probably. Overpriced shit in my opinion, but to each their own.
