Thanks. That's the plan just started my first blast already seeing some results not much yet though...I'm taking the rest of this year and next off from competing so I'll have a lot more size in 2018

Thanks. I finished 5th out of 9 in my class I was definitely out classed by my competition as expected for being a natty but I was extremely proud of a top 5

Thanks, I really wish I had a pic from before I started lifting. I weighed 120 something. I was in a very bad marriage and I started training as an escape. The marriage ended but the gym was always faithful and stayed.
