@jJjburton change is possible, but, I think something is actually wrong here... You're not working hard enough, eating smart enough, and who knows what else... I tried to help you before today and you were unwilling to listen... Today you seemed receptive in your thread.... This is what 4 years of change looks like for me... You should look like a different human... I'm not a genetic freak. I didn't attain anything "amazing" or "Olympia" worthy, either. But, I have noticeable and steady progress.... You need to go back to the drawing board and reset everything... It's not working.
*also* the 4 year pic was on very little gear, MUCH less than you're running currently.... Much, much, less....

But I will be going back and retrying. Honestly I do eat good just lately I have been slacking. But not much. I will have a better progess pic in the coming time frame.

What's your diet look like?

I truly believe that 95% of deficiencies people experience in the gym is due to nutrition. Either they don't eat enough, the macros aren't optimal or they eat too much for their respective goals.

Just something to think about.

Possibly, but fuck... You add gear and even half ass the gym but have a damn good diet and you'll get profound results. I'm exaggerating the "half assing" a little bit...

I will qualify my previous statement by adding that a lot of guys try to get entirely too fancy when building a base. You need raw, basic movements... It may be an old school approach but I have seen enough guys get results with going this route that I'll never stop recommending it. But first comes nutrition...

This conversation reminds me of you talking about your younger, skinnier days. You were a strong kid for your weight and age, I recall you mentioning stats. What changed that turned you into the size you are now? Excluding AAS, of course.

Didnt have the best upbringing. Got my ass beat by a full grown man growin up just cuz he could. Bounced around safehouses and foster care. Didnt eat much man. Didnt eat much at all. Cuz i didnt have MUCH to eat. All i wanted to do was get huge and strong.
The marine corps changed all that. Helped me focus my aggression to something finely tuned. I may not have the tools required to do what i wanna do but like Rocky you cant keep me down.
Its impossible. I wont allow it
