Naw brother... There's not much fat there. You're on a level that 99% of the people on the planet can't get to. You'll be 300 by the end of the year, easily.

If you would of told that 16 yr old skinny farm boy from CNY that some day he would be 300lbs i prolly would of laughed my ass off!

Looks like im cheating genetics. Its a mathematical improbability some one with average genetics can take succeed in this arena. Oh yeah...then theres hard as ballz work. And the rage of a thousand suns to will my way to where i want to go.

This is by far my favorite thread. I love to see the hard work we all put in. I know I’ve struggled in the past here at meso. Drugs and other fuckery. However, at the end of the day, training brings me back to reality and I’ll never quit this lifestyle. A lot of you guys have seen me make huge gains on my first blast, and watched me almost never walk again from a spinal chord injury I endured training. A lot of you watched me recover in a hospital high on dilaudid:) and then watched me bounce rite back with a fabricated vertebrae.
I’ll be be here for the long haul.
 
I have changed my workouts from 10 weeks of very high volume fast rest periods.

To hitting my 4th and 5th set to basically failure. I have also been doing hammy one day for legs and quads the time I hit legs that week.

I hit arms 2x a week but for the first ten weeks only hit them once.

I used to do back and chest but now I do, Lats one day and next time I hit back I do rows.

Chest I do presses one time and flys the next. I was hitting each muscle 2x a week.

But now I only hit legs 2x a week. Arms 2x a week. Chest and back once. Or something like that. I have been going very heavy but no less then 7 reps starting at 12 reps. I will update to see how it goes. I had success during the volume portion but now being on just teen 600 mg a week I am going heavy. I have had no test in my body for 6 weeks and I feel no difference. I also switched from taking teen 1x a day at 100. To 200 mg eod. I will post pics after this last 5 weeks of just tren. I am cutting but not losing wight with no test. But the joint pain is unbelievable. I just tough it out.
