Very ironic. I've always wanted the physique that a shorter BB can produce. The lines and aesthetics for me just aren't there. My genetics as far as BB'ing goes aren't very good. I'd love to hit a big boy cycle to see what happens! Won't do it though.

I don't know anything different to be honest with you. I've been very tall my whole life, although I was very skinny for the majority of it. I do get quite the reaction from people on occasion. :)

I'm marrried and loyal...been with my wife for 20 years now...but I can assure you that women would be the least of my problems if I were single. I think I'd to alright.

You dont get like that when your ON? I cant get sore for the life of me. High intensity or high volume, or hitting a muscle multiple times per week. Doesnt matter. Its a different game when im rolling thick in juice

Leg press. Lots of volume here....Work up to a hard set of ten reps. You oughta be close to failure. Drop 2 plates per side, do 10 reps. Continue dropping 2 plates per side until you're down to 2 plates left on the press. [emoji48]

Then do Bulgarian split squats per John meadows, with the drop set of death...

Burn out with high rep extensions

My old knees can't take that kind of beating very often... Thank god for knee sleeves!

Preaching to the choir bro. I have to warm up really good prior to legs (I do quads and hams on different days) and still hope nothing breaks loose while I'm doing the work. It's a rare day when I'm feeling strong and nothing hurts or aches. Fuck it though. If it was easy then everyone would have awesome legs.

The guy is a maniac on a mission. Just sit back and watch the show. I enjoy seeing other guys go nuts and make crazy gains. Freak show stuff. Love it even if it's not my thing.

I was never that guy. I need structured training, had to pay attention to training technique to avoid a ton of injuries (torn rotator and bicep all at once after 28 years of training is my worst), well thought out drug protocols and like you I have to remind myself not to get too far out of shape because then I've got to loose that shit eventually.

I do the same thing... I split mine up several years ago. That's when I really started making good progress on my legs. When you train hams or quads for nearly 2 hours, there's nothing left in the tank for the opposing side... Plus they both get indirect work on quad and ham day.

Yeah ive done that meadows split before. It was difficult

I been mixing it up in my gym pad.
Preexhaust hams with 5 sets of 12 leg curls
10x10 leg press. Narrow and low on the platform
10x10 leg extensions. Last set to utter failure.
25 sets yesterday

I wear hookgrip knee sleeves. Cheap and awesome
Based on @gr8whitetrukker's pics I'd say him getting sore from his leg work out isn't a concern. He seems to be adding slabs of meat to his legs with no problems.

Yeah. Im not kidding im going either track pants or gym shorts on this bulk. Jeans in my size arent working. Nothing that balances a 34" bloated waste with the size legs i need. NOTHING

Yeah man i hear ya. I worked my back problems out with DocD some yrs back. Turned out back squats just had to go. Still deal with sciatica which makes some days seem more attractive to drill a hole in my own skull without anesthesia than front squat deep and heavy. But i do it. Thats why we all do it. Lower back issues galore. Still make it work. But i wont give up. I will finish. Leg day is primal. If u got the drive it can be a spiritual experience.
